This week has been beautiful and that means that spring is coming up soon. I am so excited because Easter has always been one of my favorite seasons.

So today, I'll be showing you how to decorate for Easter with some simple yet festive Easter tablescape ideas. By the end, you’ll have a fresh perspective on how to incorporate Easter decor into your own home this holiday season.

My dining room table is typically set up throughout the year, especially around the holidays and fall. So I like to create fun, festive tablescapes, adding little trinkets here and there on my dining room table.

I believe that a well-set dining room table makes the food taste a little bit better. So, I'm going to show you a cute way to accessorize your table for Easter, so stay tuned.

Earthy placemats for spring

1. Placemats

For this year's Easter tablescape, I am starting off with these twine ivy placemats. I got them from Pier 1 before they actually closed down all of their stores. I know that they're located online still, but I’m not too sure if you would be able to find these exact placemats on their website anymore.

White chargers

2. Chargers

Then, I'll add my chargers. Now last year, I added blush chargers. This year I was feeling a little simple, so I'm adding these white chargers and you'll see that they have some wood elements in the middle of the chargers.

Gingham dinner plates

3. Dinner plates

Now that my chargers are down, I'm adding these dinner plates. They give you a bunny feel. I believe I got these either from Hobby Lobby or Pier 1.

White linen napkins

4. Napkins

Sticking to the theme of keeping it very simple, I am using white napkins in my Easter tablescape.

Bunny salad plates

5. Salad plates

Next, I am adding white salad plates with a little bunny on top. They are super cute and festive.

Adding Easter decor

6. Decor piece

Then I am adding a little fake carrot Easter decor piece on top to make the place settings look a little bit more festive.

Adding flatware

7. Flatware

I decided to use gold flatware because I think that it looks better paired with these place settings.

Adding coasters

8. Coasters

I typically don't use coasters in many of my tablescapes designs, but these coasters are super cute and they definitely add more of an Easter flair to the table. They are sparkly and egg shaped, so why not, right?

Adding glassware

9. Glassware

I am using more decorative wine glasses in this tablescape because I think that it looks better than plain wine glasses. But again, I like to keep it simple and this tablescape design is more on the simpler side. These glasses add a little bit more flair to the table than my plain wine glasses do.

Floral arrangement for an Easter tablescape

10. Florals

This year, I decided not to use an actual cloth runner but instead use items to create a centerpiece in the middle of the table. So I am using some spring-inspired florals, like lilies and pink tulips.

Cake stands with peeps

11. Stands

I love the details and the design of the stand I am adding next. I got this first stand from HomeGoods and you can use a stand to put anything on top of it. I like to use this one for candy or cookies.

Decorative Easter cookies and fake carrots tied with burlap twine

On the second stand, I am adding some decorative Easter cookies and fake carrots tied with burlap twine. I like to include decorative cookies for every holiday. You'll notice that in many of my designs. Adding decorative holiday cookies for me adds and creates a more festive mood.

Easter tablescape ideas

There you have it, a simple Easter tablescape. I tried my best not to spend any money this year on new items. These are all items that I've had in my collection. I just pulled everything out from my cupboards and down in my storage area to create this tablescape. And I definitely went more on the simpler side this year.
