1. Induction Cooktops

Induction cooktops are gaining popularity for their efficiency and speed.

Unlike traditional electric or gas stoves, induction cooktops use electromagnetic energy to directly heat pots and pans. This not only makes them faster at cooking but also safer, as the cooktop remains cool to the touch.

They offer precise temperature control and can be easily moved or stored when not in use, making them an excellent choice for small kitchens or apartment living.

With programmable settings and a range of cooking options, these devices can handle everything from quick weeknight dinners to elaborate meals. They are perfect for those who want to simplify their cooking process and save on countertop space.

We have to have a gas cooktop. We go without power several times a year and it's essential to have a way to cook something. Besides the government could just flip the switch on the electric or we could have an emp attack.

I love and used my duxtop on my remodel. It boils like a champ HOWEVER it does not seem to work well in a frying pan for things like bacon, eggs, etc.... But I keep it on hand for maintaining a constant perfect temperature like for candy making, deep frying, etc....
