Materials List:

White table runner

1. Table runner

Begin by laying out your chosen table runner on the table. This will serve as the foundation for your stunning Christmas tablescape.

Evergreen garland with pine cones

2. Evergreen garland

Next, add a layer of evergreen greenery with pine cones on top of the table runner. This not only brings a touch of nature but also sets the festive mood.

Adding the lights around the garland

3. Lights

Enhance the magical ambiance by incorporating battery-operated microlights. Weave these twinkling lights throughout the greenery for a mesmerizing effect.

Place settings

4. Set the places

Place simple white dinner plates with salad plates on top of each other at each place setting. Create a classic look with a wine glass, a water goblet, and neatly arranged silverware.

Folded napkins

5. Napkins

Add a personal and festive touch by twisting fabric napkins into knots. Insert a small piece of greenery into the center of each knot for a delightful detail. Secure them with elegant brass napkin rings.

Gold candlesticks

6. Candles

Introduce a warm glow by tucking brass candlesticks into the greenery on the table runner. Feel free to experiment with different heights for visual interest.

Placing pillar candles in each candlestick

Place pillar candles in between each candlestick. Light the tall candles and microlights to set the scene aglow. If you feel the need, you can always adjust the arrangement to suit the ambiance.

Complete the masterpiece with some festive accents. Consider adding a Christmas tree-themed serving tray, a ceramic Christmas saying on an easel, and a sophisticated wine decanter to elevate the overall look. That’s what I did and it was stunning.
