First Spring Tablescape of the Year & More Spring Decor Ideas
Today I'm sharing with you my first spring tablescape. I love discovering unique spring decorating ideas each year and finding the perfect spring decor to match the style of my home.
Even better, the spring decorations I am showing off today are all reasonably affordable and easy to find at your local store or online.
You'll see that I'm using this tree form to get started. You can find these at eFavormart.
All I'm doing is setting these flower stems on the branches. Once I've built it up as full as I want to, I'm going to take some larger flowers, like hydrangeas, and pluck those in there to hide the flower stems.
Now, like I always say, I'm not a florist or anything like that but I do love playing around with flowers. This is something that kind of just popped into my head and I decided to go for it and see how it turned out in today's tablescape.
I'm going to be using these four cute little bunny plates and I wanted to show you that each one of them for each setting has a different expression. Aren't they just the cutest? I got these from Zulily.
My daughter has been fussing at me already. She says that I am way behind on having my spring decorations out and it just seems like I don't have enough time in the day to get everything done.
I did get my kitchen island done earlier and that turned out nice.
And here is my first tablescape of the spring season. I hope you like what I've done.
It is simple yet elegant mixed with a little bit of whimsy.
Now, I did want to tell you that I don’t really light my decorative candles. Those are sometimes hard to come by and so I'm trying to preserve them for as long as I possibly can.
